The service was amazing, especially with Owen at the front desk going above-and-beyond to help us with an upgrade to a beautiful corner suite. My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious with uber comfy bedding and pillows, a beautifully stocked snack and mini bar complete with beautifully packaged pre-mixed cocktails. The balcony offered stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, especially in the mornings. Though there were some signs of wear and tear, nothing major to ruin the experience.
