The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with amazing balconies and spectacular views, but housekeeping may be impacted by staffing shortages. The service is friendly and accommodating, though some areas like lounge assistance may need improvement. The location is ideal for exploring shops, dining, and more, especially in lively Bedford Av. Dining options are varied, but the quality may vary, excluding the fancy Italian restaurant. Overall, a good choice with notable strengths and a few areas for enhancement.

The hotel offers rooms that are okay, nothing special, but neat and clean with comfy beds and soft light, providing a spectacular view of Gotham. The service was amazing, especially with Owen at the front desk going above-and-beyond to help us with an upgrade to a beautiful corner suite. The location is great, situated in the heart of Williamsburg with easy access to shopping, bars, restaurants, and clubs. The dining experience was limited to just yogurt, cereal, and coffee, but the Italian restaurant had delicious offerings. The facilities overall were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious with uber comfy bedding and pillows, a beautifully stocked snack and mini bar complete with beautifully packaged pre-mixed cocktails. The balcony offered stunning views of the Manhattan skyline, especially in the mornings. Though there were some signs of wear and tear, nothing major to ruin the experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small, slightly dirty, and showed signs of deterioration, which was disappointing for what I expected at Leuca. However, the service I received from the concierges Peter, Steven, and Jose at the William Vale was top-notch, offering various amenities like room service, dry cleaning, and valet parking. The location in the vibrant Williamsburg district was a standout, providing great views and easy accessibility to Brooklyn and Manhattan. The hotel's dining at their Italian restaurant was not worth the money, lacking in quality, but the Danish pastries were a nice touch. Overall, the facilities met basic needs without any standout features.
